Experiential Integration Workshop

“Many people have come and gone from Wonderland, but only the most special ones discover what it’s truly about.”

~ The White Rabbit ~

This two-day experiential integration weekend workshop is created with an intention to allow individuals to explore the depth of their unconscious and internal world, through shamanic ceremony, practical individual exercises, and group reflection.

This workshop is aimed at individuals who wish to engage with integrating a specific difficult experience, which they would like to further explore. This may be related to traumatic experiences, spiritual emergencies, psychedelic experiences, awakening experiences, and other issues in your life which you would like to gain more focus, healing and clarity upon.

In order to allow for individuals to immerse more fully within their healing process, the workshop will be conducted in contemplative mindfulness, apart from when working in groups. This will allow individuals to connect more deeply with their own personal intention and healing process.

The workshop will consist of various techniques which include reflective inquiry, light body integration, Toltec techniques, shamanic journeying, meditation, grounding, music, movement, art and group psychotherapy, amongst others, which will allow individuals to integrate and process their issue, in a deeply meaningful, exploratory, imaginative and fun way.

This workshop will also teach you various tools and techniques which you can utilise in your life, so that you can feel empowered to continue to actively engage in your own healing, and personal development process.

The workshop will take place in a Mongolian Yurt near Highgate station, and is located within walking distance of Haringey’s Ancient Woodlands, which we will also have an opportunity to explore. The workshop is non-residential, occurring between 10 am – 6 pm each day, and will consist of no more than eight participants, to allow for a more intimate and immersive experience. The price of the two-day weekend workshop is £222 per individual.

The 2018 workshop dates will occur on 20-21st January, 17-18th March, 12-13th May and 22-23rd September 2018, and take place quarterly thereafter. The next planned 2019 date will be in autumn 2019 (date TBC).
